We are so confident in our Web hosting services quality that Aztus.com offers a 30-day refund guarantee for all Web hosting plans.
If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with one of these services from Aztus.com, you will receive a full refund if we receive a request to close your Web hosting service within 30 days following the activation of your Web hosting plan.
The 30-day Guarantee is only available for our Web hosting plans. This guarantee does not apply to our other products and services, including but not limited to : Domain Name registration, SSL Certificates and redirected domains.
No refund will be issued after 30 days. All requests to close an account should be recieved by Aztus.com within 30 days following the activation of the account. Our contact information is available in the Contact us section. When requesting the closing of your service by email, you must use the same email account as the one provided when you registered. By mail, closing requests should be printed on your company letterhead. An email confirmation will be sent when your service has been closed.
If an account is closed by Aztus.com due to Web hosting violation of our Terms and conditions, the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee will not apply.
